Alex WagnerSocial PowerIn studying social power, students can learn to develop awareness of what is happening culturally, as well as on a worldly scale. This development can lead to a deeper understanding of our connections as humans, to the vast representations of social power by analyzing them on a multitude of levels. By studying certain artists presented in the lesson, students can learn how to analyze these perceptions and re-represent them conceptually through art. Studying social power exploration can provide a basis for students to examine themselves and the world surrounding them.
